Williamson Co. Served in NC. Served under Capt
Pervind's Company attached to Col Locke's Regt and
under Gen Rutherford. He moved from Burke Co to Rowan
Co., NC back to Burke Co., NC and in 1812 moved to
Williamson Co.,Tn. He bought land on Lick Creek in
March 1818. In division of his land the following
were named: Wife Celia, Ch: Matilda, Priscilla,
Elizabeth; Henry; James Jr.; John; Mary; Leroy D.;
Jennie (Jane); William, Stephen. They are said to be
buried near Peytonsville. (Rosters of Soldiers and
